I hope that my apartment is not only convenient but offers some mental respite from the daily flow of live when in the big city! The White Pigeon is carefully designed to be comfortable. LOCATION for convenience, a spectacular VIEW, enough SPACE to unfold and a great place to come home to! I'm available by Skype, Line and iMessage, I try to replay asap except while I’m sleeping.

This 3 storied apartment building is newly renovated ,cozy 4 bedroom Guest House on the first floor. The guest House area has been prepared to accommodate 4 tenants who love to cook, in the spacious kitchen you can find a massive gas range with 3 burners and lots of space to enjoy cooking and eating with your fellow renters.
All rooms are furnished, Meters are located front of the house. there is 100 Lowson and Supermaket nearby only 10 seconds, and Laundry.
This house is located only within 9 minutes walk to Hatsudai Station on Keio line and few others. also it’s easy to take bus to shibuya or shinjuku etc.
No smoking. in house.

The house is fully renovated and well located near yoyogi park and have 3 good and reasonable gyms near by. There is good access to main areas with the new Keio line that is extending the Shinjuku line. I appreciate the concept of the guest house around cooking. There are very divers cooking tools that you might enjoy using if you want to experiment special dishes. The professional cooking stove is just amazing. If you need anything, the owner always help you and try to make your stay comfortable. To sum up, the environment of the guest house is friendly and clean. It is probably one of the best guesthouse in Tokyo and I definitely recommend it.

The closest train station from our house is Hatsudai station, one stop to Shinjuku station. (New Keio Line, ￥130/ 2 min).
Bus 宿41&45 go to Shinjuku too. (To the bus stop, 3 min walk from our house, ￥210/ 10 min) the bus stop name is 「本町一丁目(Homachi Icchome)」
---To get to Shibuya---
Train : Go to Shinjuku first, then change lines to Japan Rail. (3 stops to Shibuya/￥290/ 16 min)
Bus : 渋61/ 渋66 go to Shibuya from Opera City area. (￥210/ 8 min)
Community Bus(Hachiko Bus) : Orange bus with a cute dog face! You can walk to the bus stop in 9 min. (￥100/ 30 min)
渋64/渋63/ go to Shibuya too. (To the bus stop, 8 min walk from our house, ￥210/ 12 min) the bus stop name is 「幡代(Hatashiro)」

【From Haneda Airport】
the faster and cheapest way to come to Hatsudai is the way belowing
Haneda Airport→Shinagawa(JR Yamanote Line)→Shinjuku(Keio New Line) →Hatsudai Station
When you arrived Hatsudai station, get out from North Exit,walk about 9 min,you’ll see 「La mia casa」,we are on First floor, Room# 102.See access file to know the detail way to get to our house.
【House Rules】
-late check-in is Okay, but be quiet when you get in.
-This is not a hotel but share house so we only accept someone who can manage garbage, clean up kitchen, shower & toilet if it's mess after use.
-Please clean up glasses or dishes you used ASAP after finished. Clean up kitchen for next person.
-No Smoking in the property
-Turn off lights, AC when you go out.
-Separate garbage correctly and dump them pls follow Tokyo waste management office.
-This is quiet neighborhood location so we can only rent it to people who can respect local residents
-your guest or friend can not stay unless the person book a room via Airbnb.
